Whether you’re on the beach or on a picnic, crisp wraps work. For filling, only the imagination sets boundaries,
important when making crisp wraps is to have a lettuce leaf at the extremity of the two crisps so the moisture
from the toppings is not transferred to the bread.

Ingredients

Crispbread crispy squares
¼ cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped basil
Cottage cheese
Romaine lettuce
Pepper

 

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and spread the cream cheese on one of the salad leaves.
2. Spredd the filling onto the sallad leaf and pepper a little. Finish with a salad leaf and a crispbread.
3. Roll into paper and take with you.
